Wellness is a vigorous process of becoming mindful of and being able to make choices toward living healthy and fulfilling life,

and remember that, in Dimensions of Wellness, awareness is the number one and major step that you can take towards wellness and in the process of growing.

Wellness is more than being free from illness, it is a restful process of change and growth.

To be perfectly healthy, we must be healthy in four dimensions.


1. Emotional Wellness.

2. Physical Wellness.

3. Spiritual Wellness.

4. Social Wellness.

1. Emotional Wellness

Emotional Wellness involves being delightful to your thoughts, the way you handle stress, behaviors and feelings depending on whether positive or negative.

It also entails the ability to accept our feelings, have a cheerful advance towards life, and enjoy life regardless of its disappointments.

Thoughts, Behavior and Feelings are some personal decisions engaged in the process of emotional wellness.

Its not just about what we eat, how we relate with ourselves, those around us and our environment is all a factor that van facilitate our health to become better.
